Policy Changes: Midwest Container Systems reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.

Pricing – Subject to change without notice. Midwest Container Systems is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.

Sales Tax – If applicable; local, state, and federal taxes. Taxes are not included on the prices shown.

Product Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date and must have written authorization by Midwest Container Systems prior to return. All freight charges for returns will be paid by the shipper. Returns must be in the original packaging. Returned items are subject to a 25% restock charge. Special order items are not returnable.

Open Accounts – Offered to qualified customers. Until established, purchases must be prepaid by accepted credit cards. Once established, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Please contact us to have an application sent to you.

Warranty - All products are sold with a factory warranty, and only the manufacturer’s warranty is offered.

Free Shipping - Some items are offered with free shipping. If items that ship free are combined on an order with items that do not ship free, shipping charges will be applied. Shipping charges will only be applied to items that do not ship free.

Damaged Goods – Do not to accept goods from the Transportation Company unless the goods are in perfect condition and the number of pieces according to the delivery receipt has been verified. If any damage is discovered, make the proper notations on the receipt before signing it.

Concealed Damage - Should damage not be discovered until after goods are unpacked, it should be reported at once to the respective carrier agent who will inspect for grant of a "concealed damage" notation. This report must be made to the Agent of delivering carrier immediately upon delivery.

Backorders - Some items may be backordered. We will ship you the items as soon as they become available. If you do not want back orders shipped, please let us know.

Applicable Law - By visiting www.midwestcontainer.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Minnesota, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Midwest Container Systems.

Limitations of Liability: In no event shall Midwest Container, LLC DBA Midwest Container Systems be liable for any damages including but not limited to the direct, indirect, or consequential use of any product purchased from Midwest Container Systems. Always refer to product labels, instruction manuals, and current literature before use. The only remedy, if any, is from the manufacturer of the product, in accordance with their warranty, or to seek a return and refund according to Midwest Container Systems return policy.
